After years of working as a chef and collaborating with different cuisines around the world, I realized that authentic food starts with pure and quality products, produced by farmers with love and craftsmanship. In Bulgaria, we have an abundance of such products that very often remain hidden from the wider audience. This is exactly what inspired us to launch a project that will provide access to the best of local farms, while supporting these farmers and their traditions.
It is important for us not only to provide high-quality products, but also to preserve and pass on the traditions of our country. We combine the best of Bulgarian farmers with modern and innovative recipes to inspire creators. Our goal is to provide customers with a unique experience that highlights the natural flavors and aromas of food produced with respect for nature and traditions.
